Jeff Crane

 is a AFA Certified Journeyman Farrier and has been working in the Charlotte, NC area for over 30 years. Going to farms over the years Jeff and his wife, Debi have come to love picking and gathering farm, vintage and rusty crusty things they find in the dirt from Union County, NC and the surrounding area. Jeff takes these items from our local history and creates beautifully crafted art from them. Jeff crafts with his knowledge of blacksmithing and welding and his creative mind to make a plain object in to a beautiful piece of art for generations to enjoy for years to come. Most pieces have a story either about the piece or the farm it came from. The stories these objects can tell are an amazing part of our history that shouldn’t be forgotten. WSF also does commission pieces for families that have to sell a family farm. WSF will take pieces from the farm and create a piece of art for generations to enjoy and remember their family history. No two art pieces are exactly alike. Everything is hand made and will be unique. Even though art pieces will be similar every items has its own special touch.
